FISH - SHRIMP BAKE | |
2 lbs. of fish, if frozen, partially thaw 1 (10 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup 1/4 c. butter, melted 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. onion, grated 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1 1/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs Put fish in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread soup over fish. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Combine rest of ingredients and sprinkle over fish. I add 3 tablespoons of melted butter to this, then bake 10 minutes more. Serves 4-6. |
