SHRIMP CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. shrimp 1 can mushroom soup 1 can Cheddar cheese soup 2 c. cooked rice 1 lg. bell pepper 1 bunch green onions 1 level tsp. garlic powder or 2 cloves fresh garlic 1/2 stick or more butter Salt, black pepper, red pepper, or paprika Chop onions and bell pepper; saute in butter. Add shrimp and seasonings and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add cooked rice, 2 cans soup, and 1/2 can water. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes. Put in casserole dish. Cover and bake in oven for approximately 30 minutes at 300 degrees. Do not let it get dry. If it is too juicy, take top off and cook for several minutes. |
