MICROWAVE TIPS FOR EGGS 
Scramble eggs with cottage cheese for moist, high-protein dish. Use 1/3 cup cottage cheese for each 2 eggs. Microwave on 70% power for 1 1/2 minutes; stir; microwave 1 1/2 to 2 minutes more.

To cook eggs for potato salad, break them into bowl and prick yolks. Cover; microwave on 70% power (1 minute per egg). Cool; cut for salad.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
