CLAM SAUCE FOR PASTA 
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 med. onion, chopped
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 c. parsley
1 (10 oz.) can clams, minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook the first 3 ingredients for 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 40 minutes. Serve over linguini or spaghetti.
