FUNNY CAKE 
2 (9") unbaked pie shells
2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

CHOCOLATE PART:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. hot water

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and Crisco in a bowl. Add 2/3 cup milk and the vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes. Add eggs and remaining milk. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into the 2 unbaked pie shells. Make chocolate mixture and pour over top of the 2 pies. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Great for breakfast. The chocolate sinks to the bottom of pie when baked.
