SWEET POTATOES WITH ORANGE AND
GINGER
 
1 (1 lb. 7 oz.) can syrup packed sweet potatoes
1/4 c. honey
2 tsp. orange peel
1 tsp. finely chopped crystallized ginger
1 tbsp. butter

Drain potatoes, reserving liquid. Arrange potatoes in flat dish. Combine reserved liquid with honey, orange peel and ginger. Pour over sweet potatoes. Dot with butter. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until sweet potatoes are well glazed. Serve hot. Yield: 4 servings.
