MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1 bunch broccoli
1 green pepper
2 c. celery
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
1 can black olives
1 can water chestnuts
1 basket cherry tomatoes

Cut vegetables into bite-size pieces. Sprinkle with envelope dry Italian dressing mix. Pour 8 ounce bottle Zesty Italian dressing over all. Marinate for 24 hours.
