LAZY DAISY MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg, if desired
1/2 c. dry bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. onion, grated
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 soup can water
Gravy coloring, if desired

Mix meat, seasonings, bread crumbs, water, and onion. Form into 24 small balls. Roll in flour. Brown in hot fat. Mix soup, water, gravy coloring. Pour over meat balls. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
