MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg (beaten)
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

GRAVY:

2 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
3 tbsp. flour in 1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix egg and milk. add bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper and hamburger. Mix and form into balls (1 1/2 inch). Brown in hot fat. Put into roaster.

Add 2 cups water to drippings in pan. Dissolve 2 bouillon cubes in water. Thicken with flour and water. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt. Pour over meatballs and bake in 350 degree oven 1 hour. Yield: 15.
