CHICKEN PACKS 
1/4 chicken
1/2 tomato
Mushrooms
1/4 c. green pepper
1/2 c. cooked rice
Potato
Onion
2 pats butter

Double foil. Take about an arm's length and fold in half. Place 1/4 chicken in middle. Cut the tomato, green peppers, onion and potato on top of chicken. Put in the cooked rice, and desired amount of mushrooms. Season and put two pats of butter in and seal up tight. Cook on grill (barbeque) for 1 hour. You can turn over after 1/2 hour. Enjoy your whole meal in one pack. 1 teaspoon vinegar, optional.
