WORKING WOMAN'S BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
6 c. lukewarm water
4 eggs
1 1/2 - 2 c. sugar or honey
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 c. melted shortening
20 c. flour

Mix dry yeast and the lukewarm water. Add eggs to above mixture. Mix in sugar or honey, salt, melted shortening and flour; mix thoroughly. Knead 10 minutes. Let rise, punch down every hour or so until 10:30 or 11 P.M. shape into loaves, cover and leave overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

Makes 9 loaves. Also good for sweet rolls. Cost $0.19 a loaf.
