15 MINUTE STROGANOFF 
2/3 c. water
1 env. dry onion soup
1 (8 oz.) c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
1 lb. round steak or lamb
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms

Cut meat into strips and brown meat in 3 tablespoons fat, add water, mushrooms and onion soup. Bring to boil. Add sour cream and flour to hot mixture. Cook and stir until thick. Serve over noodles or rice.
