1 lb. ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 can mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can mixed vegetables, drained 1 can chow mein noodles Brown beef and onion. Add soup, drained vegetables and 3/4 can chow mein noodles. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole, top with remaining noodles. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. |
