DINNER SOUFFLE 
8 slices bread, cubed
2 c. ham, Spam, crab, salmon or shrimp
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. diced celery
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup, heated, undiluted
1 c. grated cheese or chow mein noodles

Place 1/2 bread cubes into 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix next 5 ingredients and place on top of bread. Blend eggs and milk; pour over top with remaining bread cubes. Spread soup over all. Sprinkle with cheese or noodles. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
