PINEAPPLE CHERRY DELIGHT CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 tsp. almond extract
2 eggs
1 can cherry pie filling
1/4 c. oil

Mix above ingredients with mixer, adding pie filling by hand. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes in two 8-inch round pans.

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 sm. pkg. instant pudding mix

Mix all above ingredients. When cakes are cool, cut in half and spread filling between layers and on top and sides. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
