Banana Split Dessert - Recipe

BANANA SPLIT DESSERT

CRUST:

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
5 tbsp. melted butter

Mix well and place in large cake pan and chill 2 hours.

1ST LAYER:

2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. soft butter or 1/2 c. Crisco

Mix well then beat 15 minutes. Spread on top of crust and chill for 1 hour.

2ND LAYER:

2 pkgs. frozen strawberries, drained
1 can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix together and pour on top of 1st layer.

3RD LAYER:

2 or 3 sliced bananas

4TH LAYER:

1 qt. whipped cream or dairy topping
Chopped maraschino cherries
Chopped nuts

After all the layers are added, chill well and serve chilled.
