LEMON-BANANA JELLO DESSERT 
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon Jello

Prepare as usual. Add:

1 (No. 303) can crushed pineapple, drained
3 lg. bananas, sliced or diced

Layer on above fully covering above:

1 layer of miniature marshmallows

Let set until Jello hardens then. Cook until thick and cool:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten stiff
1 tbsp. flour

Fold in 2 cups whipped topping. Spread on Jello mixture. Makes a full 9 x 13 pan.
