1 can mackerel
1 pkg. 1/4 lb. soda crackers
2 eggs
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
A little pepper 1/4 tsp.
1 tsp. vinegar

Mix all ingredients including brine from fish. Form into patties and fry in a small amount of oil.
