1 roast beef
1 (16 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
Salt & pepper

Salt and pepper both sides of meat. Put in crock pot. Add the bottle of barbecue sauce. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours. After meat is done, I like to put it on the outside gas grill to brown on both sides.
