BLUEBERRY WILD RICE MUFFINS 
Mix together thoroughly:

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together:

1 egg
1/3 c. oil
1 c. milk

Add liquid to dry ingredients. Don't over-mix. Stir in:

1 c. frozen, fresh or canned blueberries
1 1/2 c. cooked wild rice
