7-UP CAKE | |
1 box lemon supreme cake mix 1 box lemon instant pudding 1/2 c. oil 4 eggs 1 (12 oz.) can 7-Up Heat oven to 350 degrees. DO NOT OVER HEAT. Mix ingredients well, add 7-Up last. Place in three 9-inch pans, lightly greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. FROSTING: 1 stick butter 1 lg. can crushed pineapple 2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla flavoring 1 can coconut 1 c. chopped pecans Combine sugar, flour, and eggs. Add pineapple, butter and vanilla. Place in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook until thick. Add coconut and pecans. Spread between layers and on top. |
