1 box lemon supreme cake mix
1 box lemon instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 (10 oz.) bottle 7-UP

Mix ingredients together. Bake at 325 degrees in 2 or 3 pans for 30 minutes or until done.

ICING:

1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Cook until thick, then add 1 cup coconut.
