1 box lemon supreme cake mix
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 (10 oz.) bottle 7-Up

Mix all ingredients in bowl; beat until creamy and fluffy. Bake in 3 layers for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 sm. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. coconut

Cook all but coconut, slowly until thick. Add coconut when cool.
