GREEN BEANS WITH CHEESE & SOUR
CREAM
 
3 cans French style green beans
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. diced Velveeta cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Pepper to taste

Drain green beans until all liquid is gone. Melt butter in saucepan with flour. Add sour cream, cheese, garlic salt and pepper. Cook over low heat until thick. Put green beans in buttered casserole, add cheese sauce and mix. Heat in 350 degree oven.
