TANGY MEAT LOAF 
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. mustard
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 large egg, beaten
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
2 tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
2 slices dry bread, crumbled

Combine first 4 ingredients. Set aside. Mix rest. Add 1/2 of sauce. Shape into loaf.

Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes. (Drain grease. Top with rest of sauce 15 minutes before done.)
