SNICKERDOODLES 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. nuts

Mix butter and sugar until light. Beat in 1 egg at a time. Blend milk and vanilla, flour, soda, salt, and cream of tartar. Add nuts. Roll in balls. Dip in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
