ARKANSAS CHILE (Cabbage Soup) 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 head cabbage, chopped
2 cans red beans
1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
1 lg. can V-8 juice
1/2 can Rotel (up to 2 cans for more "heat")
2 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix (Zesty)

Brown the ground beef in large Dutch oven. Drain grease. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Makes a full pot for a cold rainy day.
