BACON-TOMATO GRILLED CHEESE 
8 slices sourdough bread
4 slices Mozzarella cheese
2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
8 bacon strips, cooked
4 tbsp. sour cream
4 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
4 slices Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. butter, softened

Top 1 slice of bread with 1 slice of Mozzarella cheese, 1/4 of the tomato slices, 2 bacon strips, 1 tablespoon sour cream, 1 tablespoon onion, a pinch of oregano, 1 slice of Cheddar cheese; then top with another bread slice. Spread melted butter on the outside.

On a hot griddle or heavy skillet, toast/grill sandwiches on both sides for 3 to 4 minutes.
