CRAB CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. dried mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. old bay
1 c. milk
1 lb. backfin crab meat
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Melt butter in saucepan, add flour and stir until smooth. Add green pepper, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, old bay and milk. Stir until mixed well. Add crab meat, eggs and mix well again. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until tops are brown. Approximately 1/2 hour.
