PUMPKIN SPICE BREAD 
3 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. mace (optional)
1 c. oil
2 c. canned pumpkin
2 beaten eggs
2/3 c. water

Substitute pumpkin with bananas or anything else desired.

Sift dry ingredients and make a well in the middle. Add oil and combined pumpkin, eggs and water. Mix well but do not beat until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf pans. Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees.
