KIELBASA AND SAUERKRAUT 
1 can large sauerkraut
6 slices bacon
1 tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 stick Kielbasa (smoked)

Cook sauerkraut with 4 slices kielbasa, while frying bacon, break up into pieces and add to sauerkraut. In bacon fat add flour, stir until flour is dissolved, add to sauerkraut with 1 tablespoon sugar. Cook kielbasa by itself, slice, add to sauerkraut, cook on low 15 minutes.
