BEST CAKE BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Glaze:

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. milk
2/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 c. mini marshmallows

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in chocolate syrup and vanilla. Blend in flour and salt. Pour into a greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean (top of brownies will appear wet). Cool on wire rack for 15 to 20 minutes.

While brownies are cooling, combine sugar, butter and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; boil until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat; stir in chocolate chips and marshmallows until melted. Pour over brownies and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 5 minutes before cutting.
