DIET CAKE 
BOWL #1:
1 1/4 lbs. Oreos

Grind cookies in blender or food processor. Save 1 cup aside for the top.

BOWL #2:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
12 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 c. melted butter

Whip together.

BOWL #3:
2 pkgs. (or 1 lg.) vanilla pudding mix
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix. Refrigerate after layering. (Makes two layers of each.) Enough for a 1/2 gallon size flower pot. Decorate with artificial flower. Serve with shovel.
