TUNA RICE CASSEROLE 
2 (6 or 7 oz.) cans drained tuna
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
3 tbsp. diced pimentos
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/3 c. milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. chow mein noodles

Combine tuna, rice, celery, onions and pimentos. Blend soup, milk and cheese. Heat. Stir into tuna mixture. Season to taste. Turn into greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
