HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. toasted almonds
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Heat oven to 450 degrees.

Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Place in casserole. Top with cheese and potato chips. Bake 20 minutes. Serves 10-12.
