EASY BROILED ZUCCHINI 
2 med. zucchini
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 stick butter
Salt
Pepper

Preheat broiler. Slice zucchini into rounds about 1/8" thick. Place as close together as possible in a single layer on a cookie sheet that fits in your broiler. Place a small dab of butter on each round, sprinkle with cheese and season with salt and pepper. Broil to a light brown, but still crisp. Serve immediately.
