HOT SAUCE 
3 c. tomatoes
3 med. onions
1 rib celery
2 bell peppers
4 Jalapeno peppers
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt

Blend tomatoes, chop remaining vegetables. Put all ingredients in heavy pot and cook slow 1 1/2 hours. Pour into jars and seal.
