MULLED CIDER 
2 c. sugar
4 c. water
6 whole cloves
4 cinnamon sticks
4 whole allspice
2 tbsp. candied ginger
4 c. orange juice
1 c. lemon juice
1/2 gallon cider

Boil water, sugar and spices for 10 minutes. Cover and let stand 1 hour to blend flavors. Strain out spices and mix with juices and cider. Heat until ready to serve. Serves 36.

Cider can be purchased in the fall and frozen until ready to use.
