WHOOPIE PIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. marshmallow fluff

Mix all ingredients; add milk slowly. Drop by heaping teaspoons on cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 7 minutes.

Filling: Beat all ingredients until creamy. Add more fluff if its too stiff. Makes 14 whoopie pies.
