POTATO PUFF 
Hungry Jack instant potatoes (for 12)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter
Parmesan cheese
Onion or garlic salt, optional

Prepare potatoes as directed on box; add cream cheese and sour cream and salt to taste. Melt butter; pour on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes.

May be prepared ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake and serve.
