SEVEN LAYER DINNER 
3 c. raw potatoes
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 c. beef bouillon
1 c. carrots
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 can corn, drained
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onion
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 can tomatoes, cut up
3/8 tsp. pepper

Combine beef with celery, 1/4 cup onion, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper, brown sugar, bouillon and tomato juice. In 3 quart casserole, layer vegetables, then meat then more vegetables. Cover with celery soup. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 3/4 hours.
