I made this recipe tonight and my boyfriend and I enjoyed it. If I make it again, next time I would fry the bacon for crispness and then sprinkle it on top in the last stage when adding the bbq sauce. The flour coating was a little weird, kept the meat moist, but I think next time, I will season and brown the chicken. I will skip the flour, it was soggy and slightly doughy. I added onions. The mushrooms and onions tasted amazing with the bbq chicken. Thank you for this recipe!!

I made this last night for my boyfriend (only without the bacon and mushrooms and added small butter chucks on top of the chicken to help with being moist) but it was FANTASTIC. two thumbs up for the recipe. The boyfriend thanks you :)
