12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 dash salt

Melt chocolate pieces in saucepan. Remove form heat and add remaining ingredients. Stir well.
