YUMMY SOOUR CREAM ENCHILADAS 
1 pkg. flour tortillas
2 cans green chilis, chopped
1 can olives
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 or 3 green onions, chopped
1 pkg. Jack cheese (8 oz.) grated or Mozzarella - use 1/2 Cheddar
Lots of fresh, cooked chicken - shredded

Heat chicken soup and sour cream, mix together.

Dip flour tortillas in sauce mix. Lay on 8 1/2 x 11 inch pan (baking dish). Layer ingredients plus more sauce. Roll up.
