DENNIS' ENCHILADAS 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 sm. onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can milk
1/2 ca. water
Grated cheese, cheddar and mozzarella mixed
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Lg. tortillas
Sour cream, optional
Chopped tomatoes, optional

In large electric skillet, brown ground chuck and onion. Drain fat. Ad soup, milk, water, and taco seasoning. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile fill tortillas with mixed cheeses and roll tightly. Place on top of meat mixture, cover and simmer until cheese melts, about 10 minutes. Top with more cheese, sour cream and chopped tomatoes.
