CHICKEN RICE HOT DISH 
1 1/2 c. raw Minute Rice
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 1/2 c. water or milk

Mix together in casserole dish. Lay raw pieces of chicken on top of mixture and bake 2 hours at 325 degrees, covered. Take out bones from chicken when done. DO NOT SALT THE CHICKEN. (I also use leftover chicken or turkey diced and stirred into the rice mixture.)
