BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. sausage (browned and drained)
1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 c. shredded baked potatoes or frozen hash browns
1 c. shredded Mozzarella and/or Swiss and/or Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1/4 c. milk
Parmesan cheese

Press crescent rolls into pizza pan or cookie sheet. Layer sausage, potatoes and cheese.

Mix eggs and milk, pour over pizza. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until center of pizza is completely baked.
