APPLE AMBROSIA SALAD 
2 apples, cored & chopped
1/2 c. seedless grapes, halved
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. pecans or other nuts
1/2 c. plain yogurt
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (or leave it out)

Blend yogurt, honey and cinnamon together. Combine all other ingredients and toss with yogurt mixture to blend. Chill and serve.
