CREAM OF TOMATO SOUP 
4 c. tomato juice
3 c. milk
1 med. onion, finely chopped
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
Sm. amount flour

Melt butter in skillet, add onions and flour. Cook until onions start to turn brown and set aside. Combine juice, milk, butter and sugar. Add onion and flour mixture while milk is still cool. Cook until very hot. DO NOT BOIL!
