1 1/2 sticks butter 2 c. powdered sugar 3 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. flour Cream butter. Add sifted sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat mixture each time and add vanilla. Add flour last. Bake for one hour on 350 degrees. | |

This was a great recipe! I only used two thirds of the recipe due to egg shortage and I added one and a half cups of blueberries and raspberries. I put the batter into and 8" cake pan and baked it for thirty five minutes. It was very fluffy and sweet and was a big hit.
